iBCAA is a combination of the essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which are especially important for protein synthesis. Proteins are essential for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, not only for athletes. What's more, the body cannot produce BCAA amino acids on its own, so they must come from food or supplements. BCAA are ideal as a supplement especially before and after exercise to enhance regeneration. iBCAA are enriched with soy lecithin, making them more soluble in water.

Recommended use
